Im located in San Antonio Texas, and I am looking for low. I am on a budget, my range is about 4k-8k. I am up for anything, as long as it runs and is low. I am not picky. This. That's a pretty solid price range that you have. It wouldn't be hard to find a nice car and then be able to put a real set of coils on it and some quality wheels right away without exceeding you price range.
