Of course not. It's a euro M635CSi as stated. I have the import and federalization with matching vin.

that motor is the m88 not the s38b35. the m88 has the roundel on the valve cover and is higher compression than the s38b35. the s38 is the lower compression or US spec version of the m88 which has higher hp too. OP i may be interested but have to think it over. these motors aint cheap to fix.
