  • FS: 2004.5 Audi A4 Avant 6sp manual - dyno tuned to make 400awhp (Vancouver)

This is a 2004.5 Audi A4 Avant in Atlas Gray (Avant only color), with a 6speed manual transmission, however, other than these details this not a normal run of the mill Avant.

The engine was extracted at 150000km and completely rebuilt with the best parts to turn it into rocket and I have put 27000km on the new engine.

All of the engine build work was done at Blitzkrieg Autowerks in Vancouver. A factory block was bored out to increase displacement to 1.9L and the following parts were used:

    83.0mm custom forged JE Pistons
    Pauter connecting rods
    Calico coated bearings
    Total Seal rings

An AEB head was machined to accept the following parts:

Supertech +1mm single groove intake valves
Supertech +1mm Inconel single groove exhaust valves
    Supertech titanium retainers
    Supertech heavy duty springs

Custom dyno tuned Eurodyne software allows for a 8500rpm redline and the car puts down 403awhp using Chevron 94 octane gas and methanol injection. I have the dyno sheets to show you these results.

The other major components installed on the car are as follows:

    Stasis Alcon mono4 BBK
    Stasis rear brake upgrade
    Stasis Motorsports ohlins coilovers
    Stasis 4:1 center differential
OEM Audi B6S4 Recaro black leather seats
Blitzkrieg big turbo setup (built engine, built head, Garrett GT3076 turbo, custom intake manifold, custom intercooler)
    Blitzkrieg custom 3” exhaust
Greddy Profec Type-S electronic boost controller
Clutchmasters FX400 clutch with single mass steel flywheel
    Snow Stage 2 water/methanol system
Passport SR7 remote radar detector setup
    Custom Podi dual gauge setup
    Custom aluminum bellypan/splitter
Carbon Copy Designs 19oz carbon fiber beltline trim

There is a lot of custom interior, exterior and engine work done to make the car look beautiful at car shows which I didn't price out.
This car has won multiple 1st place at major Audi/VW events in the Pacific Northwest, the latest was at Waterwerks 2010 and it will be defending the title for the fourth time in August 2011 if it has not been sold by that time.

Here is a video of the Avant with the 18” Rays Victrix wheels mounted:

Asking $27000 for the car with the summer setup of 18" Rays Victrix with Falken Azenis 615 tires and winter setup of 17" A6 wheels with Nokian Hakka Rsi tires.

If you wanted an extra set of wheels this is how much each set would cost:

    17" kosei k1 +1000 (goodyear f1-gs summer tires @ 80%)
20" sds invidias +4000 (vredestein ultrac summer tires @ 90% and comes with 3 spare tires that are like new)

If you know the brands of the parts I have listed above then you understand that no expense was spared during the build of this vehicle. I am willing to work on the price if there are parts that can be easily removed from the car that you do not want, or if you want to purchase all of the wheels I have listed for sale.

The car with the 18" Rays Victrix wheels

The car with the 17" Kosei K1 (each wheel weighs 17lbs)

The car with the 20" forged SDS Invidias (made by Champion and each wheel weighs 19lbs)
