Buy a 1500$ 88-91 prelude on craigslist that's clean and then buy some coilovers for it for around 1000$ and then you could still have money to do a swap, and or buy wheels for it. That's what I would do. Lol

That's mine on 15s with function and form coilovers. And there aren't many out there dumped or slammed so youll be different than everyone else
