1999 Audi A8 with KW V2 must go now!

mileage: 177xxx this is my daily
fuel: ONLY shell V-power
replaced in the last few months:
power steering rack
power steering pump
serp belt
oil pressure sending unit
rotors and pads
suspension:
KW V2 coils
ride height and dampening adjustable. (3000mi)
have stock also
wheels:
Rotiform BLQ machined 19x8.5
Falken 452s 245/40 (same tire that comes stock on maserati)
Front tires are in need of replaced, rears have over 50%
engine:
-4.2l 32v V8 300hp
-timing belt was checked @150k still very very meaty, the 4.2 belt is about a half inch thick, no rot or crack
-Quattro Drivetrain.
-oil changes every 4000mi with kendall 5w40 and lucas synthetic oil stabilizer.
interior:
-double pain (acoustic) glass, power EVERYTHING up front, (rear seats, power and heated)
-bose symphony sounds AMAZING!
-the triptronic trannys have major problems, this one was replaced at 150k with one in good working condition.
-LED's added to the headlights for that new school Audi look.
THE BAD:
-drivers front glass is spider webbed, (doesnt effect anything) I slammed the door while window was down like a fool.
-there is 2 I think cigg burns on leather from previous owner, and a 1"slit in pass front seat
-no cruise control, the vac. line is dissconnected, and I've check the fuse, my guess is the bar (blinker arm) -have new arm in hand.

Lots of money invested, I've driven well over 30k miles and this car sat for roughly 2.5 months (on and off) during maintenance. This is by far one of the most elegant, and classy cars every built, and the body style is timeless.
$5,000 gets you cruising. I've ran into a major financial situation.. I need this thing gone asap. NADA value is $7,000 this car exceeds that and then some. You wont be dissapointed, this car is a blast to drive, it handles amazing, and its got everything that anyone could ever want in a car. AMAZING road trip car, and one of the best cars ever for you Snow/Ice driving folks.
