This is a personal question really. Like everyone else on here i try to get as low as possible while still being able to actually drive my car. it's basically all trial and error seeing where you get comfortable at. and don't use bad roads as an excuse to not be stupid low, the roads are bad everywhere.
It depends on your car brand and its quality. Most of the high standard cars are inbuilt with speed adjustable feature depending on the road. If you are driving on a road which has bumps and potholes, it will adjust the vibration and speed of the car.
