i cut the rears in the beretta and there was no bounce but the bounce from the tire. my cavalier bounced more and it was on lowering springs and stock struts. maybe heavyer cars wont bounce

it all depends how much u cut... if ur looking for an inch or inch an a half drop ur not gonna notice....but if u cut alot to do an insane drop its gonna be bouncy...also ur not gonna make 1 set an inch shorter cuz thats nearly impossible onless u dont know what ur doing LOL but u do remember the stock struts and shocks cant handle just a short spring which can blow them out of excessive bounce

their blown anyway. i cut 1 1/2 coils off the rears to start and the car sat at stock height, so i had to cut another coil off. in total 2 1/2 coils got cut off to get the rear to tuck tire. im left with a 7in high rear coil and it rides fine no bounce

my major problem is Advance auto dosent carry new strut bolts. oh well i have camber issues anyway and a bad lower balljoint. im not gonna bother to replace them if i can get thru inspection with out needing them. once i figure out how im gonna lower the car then ill deal with that
