It is a daily driver and it it is driven hard every day. Works perfect without any problem.

Why?

Aftermarket LSD about 1500$
No OEM e46 come with an LSD except M3
It is not interchangeable with e36 or other
Cost of this was around 200 euro / 280$

No offence, but why would you ask something so stupid? Daily driver doesn't mean that you cant have fun with it.

this is pretty cool , I love seeing people make stuff work!! I got a bigger question , it just so happens I have a e34 LSD laying around the garage but its like a 4:10 gear and I don't want that low of a gear in my e46 , has anyone figured out if the guts can be swapped in the diffs?
