      I usually hit the front perches with a chisel in the way it spins While its on the car. I also bbq my rear perches... Bbq as in put the perches on the grill and let it cook for a bit.

        Beeswax or paraffin wax will help prevent this in the future btw, kinda like the rubber sleeve+zip ties. Apply it to the threads and then run the perch/lockers over it

        Oh and if you do use a torch, make sure to angle it so you're only heating the perch, not the shock body
