E36 BC racing vs Stance coils

I'm looking for a decent set of coils around the 1200$ or lower range and I'm kinda stuck between 2.
The BC be type coils with the low kit
Or
Stance coils super street

Also the bcs have optional spring rates which should I go with and what's best I wanna go low but still drive very very hard.

catuned makes a good kit. i have a review for their e30 kit and I've seen them on e36s online and they go LOW.

Stiffer springs on Pro Sport Coilovers

Sorry to jump in on this thread but I am hoping someone can help. I have an e36 328i and its running Prosport coilovers.

I have changed my wheels recently and they are catching on the underside of the arch when I run the 12mm spacers to get the stance just right. I want to change the springs for a stiffer set however I have been told by a local supplier that this would cause the car to jump around as the damper will not be set for the tougher spring.

Is this correct or are there exceptions? It got me thinking that people swap out springs on standard dampers all the time so why should this be any different?
