Need Help With Bc's

[Spring24]

I just installed Bc extreme lows on my Speed 3 and i can adjust the fronts perfectly fine, but the rears, the lock collar is super tight and i took it off of the car and put it in a vice and still couldn't get it to unlock. Any one else have this issue and a way to fix it? Really need to lower my rears more.
