M3 strut mounts on a non M (328i)

I did a search and couldnt find anything.

I put M3 strut mounts on my 328 and noticed that the front height is higher.
I want the camber and caster from them when swapping left with the right but i dont want the car raised more.

I turn my coils all the way down and noticed that its way higher then it should compared with the non m mounts in stalled.
Taking note that i only had the one side turned all the way down and the other side at some what stock height.

So.

TLDR: Do M3 strut mounts give the car more height in the front.

i dont know about e36s but on the e30 you can run e90 drop hats to bring the front down like a 1/2inch that should counter act the lift your having if they fit
