Wondering the best way to get low on my car - the only spring replacements I see drop it by 1.3", and I fear that's about half as low as I want it to be... Short of cutting springs, or going to bags - do I have any options?

Get your springs off the car then raise the wheels to how you want them to sit in the fender and measure the distance between the upper and lower spring perches. Then get some coilover springs from Eibach or wherever that are that height and a set of adjusters off eBay. Then find shocks that can handle that height and whatever rate springs you order.
Boom, custom coilovers.

Was not aware you could dismantle 'em like that. Definitely noted!
Without a boatload of googling - anyone know what the ID of the spring is / should be, should I choose to buy new ones? Also, is the rate a huge deal? Higher LB rate = stiffer ride?
