Bottom Doller e30 Lowering

Looking to drop my e30, have been looking at a few options !

Currently i have H&R spring and Koni dampers ! i have lookedat getting the ground controll coilover converstion kit , except i dont understand how they will fit onto my exsisting shocks to lower my car.

And i have also been looking at pro sport coilovers , witch would be best or cheaper for the lowest i can go !!

Gorgeous e30! I know you can get a jom coilover kit for 400, which is the cheapest way to go. But there are other options that can take you lower for a price. But joms will get you a good amount of low

do you reckon they are a good deal ? there is also a set called pro sport not sure what would be best ?

they look about the same as the JOM ? but to be honest most people favior the GC would the conversion kit still be able to get as low as a set of either JOM or the Pro Sport ?

Man honestly just get the gc kit. You have konis, and buying a full new set of joms or pro sports would be like downgrading. Konis are so nice, you don't wanna waste em. The ground control conversion kit is the way to go. I'm not 100 percent sure on how low they can take you in comparison to the joms, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Konis + gc =

If you want to go low, you'll need to shorten your front housings/run shorter inserts or you're just going to be riding bumpstops and have no travel at all.

People have had success with JOM's, but if you want to go low with them you need a smaller rear spring. They don't go low even with the adjusters out.

If I were you, do G60 inserts up front, shorten your front housings, and the GC conversion with custom rates/lengths. Then sell the koni inserts you have now in the front + the H&R springs and make some of your money back.

This sounds pretty good ! would you know the pricing on the G60 inserts though ? GC conversion is $400 USD im pretty sure.
