E28 coilover adjuster sleeve size

What is the inner diameter of the the adjuster sleeves used for the front and rear? And maybe the overall height widely used for the front and rear?

Google has returned no numbers... I have a set of GC sleeves that are 2in ID for 2.5in springs and about 5.5in long I found in a yard car.

Jacked the car up and measured the top of the OE strut after the spring mount. It measured 1.80in which is approx 46mm. The front measured 51mm (duh, since E30 shocks will work).

The ones I scored are 52mm ID so I don't think they'll work on a 46mm rear shock but, may work on the front.


Anyone know what GC uses in length for the front adjuster? Or overall dimensions for the rear adjuster?
