Anyone know anything about lowering a 08 Tahoe?

Looking for a 2-3" drop for my 08 Tahoe and know nothing about it.

Anyone have some good experience or good links?

generally with any truck your gonna start with Drop Spindles up front and a Hanger or Shackle on your rear leaf springs... DJM makes a great setup and is fairly priced... im running their 3/5 kit on my C10 and the rear is a combo of a 2" drop hanger and 3" shackle which is stupid easy to install

but with the "new" Tahoe running coils all round you basically swap out the coils like you would with any other vehicle

i would suggest getting the whole suspension kit and not just the coils

Does great work and he's got a few threads on information on these trucks. I don't have any knowledge of dropping them, but its fairly easy since the front is a coilover design. the rear should be able to use coils. Does yours have auto ride?
