Where can I buy flat 2.5" upper perches??

Trying to get my car read for sowo but I am low on suspension travel in the rear right now. I need a pair of perches like the ones on the left, unfortunately the ones I'm running are like the one on the right Anyone have a pair I can buy or know where I can get some?
