Coilovers for a Subaru 2000 Liberty(Legacy)

Just been reading about air bags and found out they can be fitted over the top of a coil over.. Since i live in melbourne Australia and our cops love defecting cars if they are lower than a coke can, Air might be worth looking at in the future for me.

If i buy the BC`s will it be possible to replace the springs with bags in the future ?
