  • Coilovers for a Subaru 2000 Liberty(Legacy)

    Hey guys..

Well iv got a 2000 lib im doing up atm.. Looking at putting a Ver7 STI engine in it this year but wanna get it low first as im saving for the engine.

Looking to get it very low and want the ride very firm.. I push it hard around corners and dont have a sore old back so im up for go kart handeling on the way to work every day.

Any suggestions on a setup would be awesome, Currently running lowered springs but really want it lower.. Im more than happy to roll guards etc..

    Cheers Vice..

When was the last time you saw a Legacy sitting on TE37's? Better yet, when was the last time you saw one sitting as nice as this particular one coming to us all the way from Japan? This ride came out last month to an event called "Fitted Fes" and…

There isn't much info on the car on the feature but maybe you can hit up StanceNation and get some build info

I wouldn't consider my Subaru slammed but I've still got plenty of room if I went lower. I'd say you'll get what you're looking for but I've heard of people having cv clearance issues slamming on them. That may be true with all scoobys tho idk Just search them out online. They're really popular

Been looking at the CV problems.. Not something i want at all.. but only seen it on WRX`s and Forresters.. may not even be a issue on a Legacy..

Any other brands worth looking at ?

                        Cheers Vice

StanceNation.com posted on Facebook that they are about to do a full feature on that red Legacy with specs so just hop on there and wait for the info. That's probably the holy grail on low Leggys

Arh thanks man.. Defently nothing on the net that i can see yet.. Been researching all day tho..

Seems that you can get a Extreme low kit from some supplier where they have a shorter strut ( i think thats the part, New to the whole coil over thing)

So im shopping around for some pricing on them from the states atm..

                              Cheers Vice.
