Ok I have a set of universal air strut bags. The diameter of the strut shaft is 50mm. The hole the strut slides to on the bag lower mount its approx 52mm. As far as the strut shaft up top it's the perfect size, and I recently ordered and received new o-rings . Problem is that it still leaks air out of the bottom. I thought new o-rings would fix the problems, but obviously the gap is too large. I was thinking of finding a place the can make a sleeve of approx 1mm thick metal(maybe a Lil thinner?) That I could weld onto the bead that was left when I cut the lower strut mount. That way it would seal there and at the o-rings. Forgive me if I sounds crazy, I'm new to airride and that's what I came up with. Someone tell me if I'm on the right path or what they would recommend. I can't upload pics here, but I can email them.
