VW Scirocco Bagged Fuel Tank Setup HELP!

Hi guys. I've bagged my scirocco, but sometimes the inside of the rear tire is rubbing the fuel lines and it has already made a little hole a few inches after the cap and the car can't go lower because of it. Could someone please tell me what to do or how to change the location of the fuel lines PLEASE HELP ! ! !

Not an easy fix to move the filler hose, especially to keep the stock location. You may be able to flatten a round pipe and form it to fit tight to the wheel well, the transition back to the rubber hose on both ends.
