having an issue

Hey guys,

I am having an issue with a new air sleeve i just installed in place of one that popped on me.

This is where i have the video of whats going on to the air sleeve uploaded. any help will be great. i have reassembled everything the way it came off. if there is a problem it was there before i replaced the bag. so any information and guidance on where to get the parts to fix it.

Just making sure I am seeing this right.
The sleeve is filling but not raising or lowering. Looks like in the beginning that lower collar slipped. Are they supposed to move? I am new to air struts.
