Bags on a small car with small coils

I recently picked up a 1971 Saab 96 V4 for cheap, and I'm looking at setting up an air ride suspension system. The car has a double wishbone front suspension and a trailing U-axle rear suspension, with coils springs on all corners. All of the convoluted bags that I've seen are around 5" in diameter or wide. The stock coils are about 4" in diameter, and I can't go much wider due to a lack of space.

Any suggestions as to a set of bags that might work for my car?

A sleeve bag might work for your application, since they tend to be fairly narrow. I'm not sure of the dimensions off the top of my head, but have a look at the Firestone 9000.
