What's up guys! I've NEVER had a bagged ride in my life, however I'd like to bag my buick. Now I see how bags work and all that but I can't seem to get a grasp on bagging the front end seeing as how it's a mac strut car and most people simply don't mod their front struts for bags. I can't buy premade air struts for the car, so I'd like to know if anybody knew how to make them on these cars or anyone relatively close to them. Even a project topic will work! Thanks in advanced guys!

Have a look at the Air Lift builder kits and see if there's one in there that will work for your application. You're obviously going to have to take some very detailed measurements of you suspension system, but I'd be surprised if one of them can't be adapted to your use.

The other common approach is to adapt a shorter strut to use something like UAS Aero Sport bags instead of your stock coil spring. This will depend on whether your struts are narrow enough to fit within the bag's collar. I believe 2.14"-2.16" is the maximum diameter most of these bags will accept.

This article may also be helpful. It's for an E28, but the concept is the same.
