So I found a set of bags on a local facebook forum and I'm going to pick them up later this week. The guy said he used to have them on a del sol but should fit 88-00 civic, as mine is a 95 civic coupe. I just want to learn some more about them, as how low they can go, and how they will ride. He also doesn't know what brand they are, any answers are greatly appreciated! I attached a photo of said items, I also need air lines and switches to complete the set up, if anyone knows where I can source these I would appreciate it!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to rain on your parade a little bit here. Those look like air cans, not bags, and I don't think you're going to be very satisfied with their performance. The end result of using cans tends to be an unbelievably stiff suspension with absolutely no damping. They're not sweet.
I'd keep the tank and possibly the compressors depending on what they are and whether they're any good, trash the cans, and get a bag setup from Bag Riders. They can also provide you with a switch setup and all the other little accessories.
