I have airlift struts on my 2011 wrx with the accuair elevel system. I had my car aligned at riding height. The issue im having now is the rear camber when I air out. My driver side is super sunk and my passenger side perfectly kisses the lip of the rim. Im not sure what my options are to have the rear look a little bit more even when Im aired out.

I tell the alignment shop to get my toe in line as much as possible without touching the camber. Negative camber will wear the inside of your tires more than the outside but if your toe is off, you're going to destroy your tires pretty quickly.
Camber and toe are relative but on most wheel setups, you can run plenty of negative camber and still get the toe in spec. The guys who run crazy wide wheels on their 350Zs for example, are basically sol because their camber is so far from the recommended oem spec that it makes it hard to get their toe in spec.
