BMW E39 Bags

Hello, I am new to Air Bags, but needed some answers for my questions before I pull the trigger. I have a 98 540i on D2 coilovers. Are there Bags I can buy that I can replace the springs in the coilover with the bags for front and rear. The coilovers are nice and have my car static but I am looking for the that up and down slammed look when parked. Thanks
