  • Whats the ride like on bags?

I have a 2006 bmw 5 series estate on 9&10x19 bmw 7 series wheels.i use the car every day to work and use the car for towing my rallycar on a trailer.i'd love to bag the car to give it some "stance"
My questions are - what is the ride quality like on bags? And would they suit long distace tralier towing?
    Thanks

Oh the car has active rear air suspension to begin with

bags are perfectly fine for towing long distance or short, I use my Mercedes Benz to tow my jetski and Boat without any problems. Air ride has been the best option for me to get over speedhumps i couldnt get over when i was static (slammed) also good when towing if back dips lower due to load, Just tap switch to let more pressure in and it equals ride height out just fine to prevent camber wear on them 19s of yours

A lot of truck guys bag the rears of their trucks specifically for towing. You'll actually have better luck towing with bags. The ride often depends on the struts you have as well as the bags I believe. From the cars I've ridden in with bags, they ride great.

      It's a work in progress^

I've found bags to be excellent in terms of ride quality on my Merc. I was worried I'd wind up with a wallowy boat that couldn't corner, but it's every bit as responsive as stock. I do notice the car doesn't soak up big bumps quite as nice as on stock springs, but that's to be expected with any lowered car. Handling of small bumps and irregularities in the road is superior to the sort of inexpensive lowering springs I've experienced, since bags are naturally progressive.

        No regrets whatsoever with bags.
