  • Saab 9-3SS airride.

Got some questions on airride. im a complete beginner to it but it is the only route i want to take with my car. I tried asking some of the few bagged saabs out there but unfortunately they dont answer there messages.

To give you a bit of an idea what im working with i have a link showing the supsension of my car.

I got a rough idea of how to do the fronts but i have absolutely no clue as to what parts to use for the rears. Because i have a shock and then a separate spring, and i dont know what to use for the spring in the rear. All help will be appreciated !

hey buddy! Totally willing to help. My chevy malibu is actually a saab 9-3 chassis just extended, and my malibu is bagged. In the back I bolted an airlift 2500 bag to the control arm and I bolted it to the frame above. The spring perches had to be cut off (both the control arm and the frame)....and the frame itself had to be notched out a tad to where I could drop bolts through holes I drilled in the frame so the bag could bolt to it. I have pictures in my phone I can get on here later.

Ok, that helps give me a better idea. The pictures will definitely help. I didnt know the malibu was the same chassis but just longer.

yeah man look it up! Your platform is called epsilon 1 and mine is called epsilon extended. When I was static on KW coilovers I used coilovers for your exact vehicle! lol. Pretty wild. Give me an email address or a number to send these pics to. That would be alot easier.
