lowering my dachsund. NEED HELP

i have an 03' daschund which up until now, i have kept stock. i have been looking into ways to lower it but i have found nothing!

all the oilover kits i have found are too expensive, so i am looking into air ride. i want him to be able to lay ribs when aired out.
