HELP! airlift question

quick question on the 75562 airlift universal airstrut!

so my airline got caught on something which made my airbag deflate which in turn made my wheel rub through my bag. Can I buy a new bag and replace it? or Do I have to send the whole strut back to get the bag re sleeved?

You guys are ridiculously fast. Do you guys have a video for how to replace it or is it pretty straightforward?

We don't have a video but once you pull the strut out, you will just need to grab a 4mm allen wrench and take out the bottom two bolts.



You might need a friend to help you pop the bag off of the strut but once you're that far, put the new bag on, make sure it pops over the lock ring on the strut and reassemble!

Hey is that black piece supposed to be welded onto the strut? Or what is its purpose? Mine doesn't seem like it's on there very securely

Im assuming your speaking of the C type bracket with the two allens on it? I don't really know what the proper term for it is either lol. However, its not suppose to be welded, it is to be removed whenever you wish to remove the Air bag. It basically secures the bag in place, once the C style bracket fits properly into the cut grove/slot on the strut and your able to tighten it down you should be good.
