softer ride more lift

I have amk6 gti with airlift XL on the front and re-5s on the rear, the ride is to harsh for me and I am looking at ways to get a higher ride height with a softer ride without going back to stock suspension. Any good options? Thanks.

Larger diameter bags? I am new to air, but that should help..

I am thinking the combo of bags and shocks is whats doing it. I am going to try swapping to some adjustable shocks, probably konis. and different bags, now just to decide if i want ss-6 or airhouse 2. Leaning towards ss-6 but anyone have any input?
