Firestone bag - NEED replacement HELP

Hi all..

My air ride setup is all Firestone. My rear bags are pretty badly perished / worn and I'm getting very concerned about safety.

I would like to get replacements, but air ride is all gobldy gook to me, so not sure what I need to order. The front bags have written clearly on the sides the part number. I've searched the rears but had no joy finding and part no's.

The damage: as you can see its got a split line right around the bag like its dried out and cracked. It has gone through one layer and there is some wire showing through the next.






Anyone on here know where I can find a part number, or how I can tell what replacement bag I need?? Desperately need to get my car back on the road now

Want to buy replacement bags as they are removable, but not sure what I need to buy..

I haven't seen this exact bag before but Firestone will put the part numbers either on the rubber of the bag itself on or the top plate. Your best bet would be to take the bag off of the strut and see if you can find a part number up top.

if you can't find a replacement, that setup is fairly easy to replicate with one of the shorter sleeved airlift universal kits...

Thanks for the info.. Searched the rubber and there no sign if any markings. The front rubber clearly had firestone and the number moulded into it so clearly visible.

Ill remove the bag completely to see if I can see anything.

You say if all else fails air-lift do a bag that will fit. Cool ill bare that in mind if I'm struggling.
Prefer to keep it all firestone, but then again those rear bags didn't do very well so maybe I need a change.



If I remove the bag completely, how do I know what air-lift bag I need? What do I measure?
Maybe I will post the bag to someone who supplies bags for them to measure .

Do you work at bag riders? Do you sell air springs simular to this?

I do work at Bag Riders but we don't have any bags like that..

Eric mentioned the Air Lift universal sleeved struts. Those won't be an actual bag that will replace your Firestone bag. Instead, they are replacement air struts that you can modify pretty easily to replace your whole rear strut if you can't find the replacement bags.
