Hey Im keen to bag my Mk7 Fiesta once I fit my 16x8s so I can get the look right, has anyone seen or heard of anyone doing kits for this car? Id be interested to know how much work is involved... TIA.

Yes, there is a few options you have. You can look into a universal air strut setup (because it's doubtful there is a kit out for your car IMO). Bagriders.com should have a complete listing of air struts that you can purchase, as well as individual bags to be used with coilovers. That's your call whether you want to use one or the other.
As far as management, your options will all be universal, so whatever you choose (digital or manual) will work with your vehicle.
Very little work is involved. If you can weld/have access to a welder, the only work you will be doing is installing the tank and compressor, running the lines, setting up your management, and installing the air struts.
