What would I need?

I want to make this line where I can hook up a simple coils hose and air up tires and etc...
Here is the line which the installer added to my tank the connection 1/4




I was told I would need the items below.. but I dont think it will fit the coil hose...

Looks like you've got a 1/4" NPT male fitting there? If that's the case, a regular female quick connect fitting with a female 1/4" NPT input will get you what you need.

Note that quick connects come in a variety of sizes and even in a couple of shapes. To save you some confusion, I'd recommend that in spite of a style called "automotive," that you actually got for either 1/4" or 3/8" industrial quick connects since most tools and the like are going to have industrial fittings on them. I use 3/8" industrial on everything just for consistency and for the little bit of additional flow rate available, though there's not a whole lot you're going to be able to plug into your air system that will eat more air than 1/4" fittings will allow, unless you're using a REALLY wasteful impact gun or something.

I would also recommend getting fittings from somewhere the next tier up from Harbor Freight, since their fittings have a habit of leaking excessively over time in my experience. I've got crap from Lowes on everything around here, and it all works just fine, and it's certainly cheap.

EDIT: If you want something that looks nice, look for Legacy Mfg's ColorConnex couplers. They're anodized and color coded, which is kinda cool.

EDIT 2: Missed your links on the first read through. I can't see the Facebook pages for some reason, but I'd avoid the Viair hose simply because it's overpriced. Lowes has a simple coiled air hose kit for like $16 that'll have everything you need. I believe it's all 1/4" industrial / 1/4" NPT, which will be fine. Here's a link: click. It would hook straight into the line? So would I remove the line and connect it to the threaded fitting thats in the tank?

If you want to hook directly to the tank, you'll need a quick connect with a male NPT fitting of whatever size is on your tank. If it's a 1/4" port on the tank, then the one in your link from Woodcrafter will work fine. If you're trying to hook to the male NPT fitting that's in your hand in the pic, you'll need a fitting with a female NPT input, like the one in the Lumber Liquidators link you posted.

I would tend to avoid Harbor Freight hoses - I've never had good luck with them holding air for long. I'd still recommend the Lowes kit I linked above (or whatever your local equivalent is), since it comes with a cheap but serviceable coil hose and a whole mess of useful fittings. It looks like Lumber Liquidators has the same kit for cheap.

Depending on the shape of your tank, you may find that the quick connect fouls on the side of the tank when attached to that street elbow since quick connects are rather portly for their port size. If that's the case, you can either move the elbow out from the tank or the quick connect from the elbow using a hex nipple and a female bushing / coupler. Other than that, you should be in good shape!
