      You're in for a treat since I finally get to use my art degree!

      You only need 8 valves for independent 4 corner control. The only way the 16 switch idea would work is if you have ON OFF ON switches.







      So in the diagram above, switch #1 controls the fill and dump for the front left bag.

      Switch #12 controls the fill and dump for both the front left bag as well as the right rear bag.

      You're going to have a mess of wires on your hands and it's going to be pretty annoying to wire up 16 switches but it's definitely possible. I would recommend drawing out a crazy diagram much like mine before you get started. Hope this helps!
