  • What wheel has the most concave?

Looking around for race looking wheels... Enkei PF01, Work emotion cr kai, 5zigen FN01R-C, ect

I'm looking for the lowest offset 1 peice wheel available. I can always get them powder coated bronze so it doesn't matter what the color is. I was pretty excited about work emo kai's, but I found that the 18x9.5 wheels I would get have the same concave on the +12 I wanted as the +20s...they just add a spacer essentially to the back of the hub to make the offset. Same with the PF01's, material added to the back of the hub for offset, but those are even worse, they are all flat face for PF01 no matter the offset. the emo's atleast get concave to a certain offset when they start just adding material for offset. The FN's are the best concave I've found so far, with a 17x10+12, with actual concave...but I'm not 100% sold on the looks of em, and I was wondering if anyone knew even lower offsets or more concave?

for reference, here is a pic of the 17x10+12 (ignore the park bench spoiler please. he eventually removed it, thank god)

and here is the concave of the emo's 18x9.5+12

I was also thinking work emo XD9, as those have lips instead of concave, but I'm not exactly sold, and I think a gnarly concave would look good.

I'd LOVE work emo cr kai in bronze, 18x10.5 -15 and 18x9.5 +0..... emagine the concave on those

only problem is, I doubt Work will even make custom sizes because those aren't forged or multi piece so custom specs would be really pricey for the mold or whatever that they'd have to make...

So yeah, the lowest offset, most concaved wheels with that race inspired look? I can go all the way to the specs stated up there: 18x10.5 -15 and 18x9.5 +0 those are actually the perfect specs for the biggest wheel that comfortably fits, with just a touch of camber to stay flush, virtually no poke. The joys of a wide body

I've been looking for a while now but I figured you guys would be good with suggesting some options

the work emo's are the best bet I've found so far, and at 400/wheel with red valve stem and decals, they are a good price too. I just wish the low +12 offset of the kai's where pure concave, and not just +38 with a bunch of material behind the hub. on their site they claim 9.5+38 is deep concave, and the 9.5+12 are also deep concave. I also read through on evolutionm.com that the 9.5 wide's are all the same "deep" concave, and the lower offsets just have material behind the hub, which is disappointing.

    suggestions?

oh, and sorry, I write novels for posts. Always have, I just put too much thinking and explaining into everything

I would say getting Rotiform to build you some custom 1 piece forged concave Rotiform NUEs would be your best bet for max concavity and exact specs you want. It'll be pricey but you gotta pay to play

ADV.1 makes some concave wheels, i think they're pretty spendy though.

the set i had on my xtreme blazer was super dope back in 2004ish. rotiform should copy the design.

need to make them lightweight and in 19" too LOL

well ADV1 deep concave wheels come in the smallest size of 19", which is way to big for my car. 18 is max before donk. also miro 111 and vmr are both awesome options that I'd buy but they are bmw 120 or audi/vw 112, and those patterns are too close to 114.3 for adapters (well, atleast I haven't ever found an adapter like that)

I wish they were 114.3, and I also wish they came a wee bit lower in offsets, because +15 is about the highest offset I can rock because any higher and the spacers needed would be way to big...my buddy had ran a large spacer like that and he said over 30mm and the ride quality sucks, and the wheels vibrate. dang, this stuff is way harder find than it should be lol

Rotiform custom would be awesome, but thats way to rich for my blood. 500 shipped per wheel is about my max, plus I'm not the biggest fan of the NUE wheels :/

any more ideas? or ways to make the 120 pattern wheels work on 114.3?

              thanks,
