Well, first post here figured It'd be a good one.
Bought this set of wheels off a privateer SCCA Challenge team in Florida. Ran these on their 4th Gen Camaro when the SCCA opened up the wheel sizes and made it legal to run 17x9.5" size wheels and they bought a few of these. I've sent e-mails to the guys at Speedline and they don't have any more information on them like production #'s and original pricing etc. etc.
Going to get these repainted, the flaked paint is mostly from the mounting/dismounting of race slicks, but the wheels are nice and true. No nicks in the aluminum, and really light! They'll be getting the same graphite/gunmetal color as the C5 Z06 Speedlines.
Anybody seen/heard of these wheels or maybe know of some history? I think the Vauxhaul ST200's had some like this but in 17x7.5 or so. I'd love to know what they might be worth. Speedline corporate hasn't any history on their older runs from the mid/late 90's and earlier so that was a dead end.
