^^^ this is your answer Kielan. Find the wheels you want to run (I would assume 16 or 17's would be more ideal for a Teg), and then measure them out, and run adaptors. I have seen several 4 lug guys running 5 lug adaptors. Brian @ Rotiform can get them made for ya.

Definitely do it right, or else you will have spent money and will look back and wished you had just waited for something that had some real "wow" factor.

Well having the option of an adapter meant you can pretty much run any wheel you desire... Only you can really make that choice though. I still say just wait and save.. You wont be as happy with the wheels you end up running..
