For those who have bought from Peter, how long did it take for you to receive your goods?

I bought two OZ lips, and some new bolts and nuts for my Mitos, and Peter told me they would be shipped out on the 18th of June. I still don't have a tracking number or any responses to the emails I've sent to him. He was very prompt in the beginning and now seems to have dropped off the face of the planet lol.

I'm not too worried, but I'll need to file a paypal claim in a few weeks if I can't get my outer lips.

I didn't have a problem at all with Tunershop, got a tracking number and everything was at my doorstep in 6 days. Thought I give RTH a shot since they were cheaper and have always seemed to be very helpful to the community.

Peter has decent customer service he'll get them out but it will be slower than Tunershop for sure (never ordered from Tunershop... just going by the 6 days you said). If you bought all the way from Germany though I would have just called Danny, better prices for the same lips.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'm hoping they'll be here soon. Come to think of it they did send me an email with a tracking number, but I've checked it yesterday and it says:

I ordered a set of centercaps from him for my RSII's and it took less than a week to my doorstep in CT. I couldnt believe it!!
Buddy of mine just ordered some from him as well and got them in a little over a week, so you should be fine

I had a fiasco with Peter.

I've ordered at least 4 pairs of lips, badges, hex caps, flat caps etc prior to this and had no issues whatso ever. He always replied to my e-mails shipped where I asked and gave me discounts.

Then I got sponsored by TMTuning and I bought a crate worth of stuff from Katja and Damian I needed more BBS stuff so I had Katja try and purchase stuff from Peter for me so he could ship to her in Berlin and she would subsequently package my RTH stuff in the crate with my other things. Put it this way, she paid for them in Feburary and by June nothing had changed. He said he had them packaged to go but was busy because of Worther See (wtf? You need 8 weeks to ship?). Needless to say she refunded my money, I'm assuming she finally got her money back but I don't know how long it took or what means she needed to get it.

That was business to business, you'd think he'd have given her better customer service considering what company she owns... She called him and he never picked up, took weeks to reply to e-mails, I don't know if he got pissed I used a middle man in Germany to help me or what but I've noticed people who buy with the "buy it now" option get their goods right away, I didn't want to do that because previously if I e-mailed him and bundled stuff together he gave me a significant discount...

Oh well not anymore, I buy all my lips and BBS items through TMTuning, they manufacture that stuff now and when we were there in May I can honestly say their customer service is bar none, we spent a lot of time at the shop and they honestly put their customers first.
