Has anyone on here ordered from them in the past? I'm local in SoCal, so I figured I'd call to stop by their warehouse and pick up tires locally. However, I have NEVER been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone.

I'm a skeptical of a company that has absolutely NO phone service, but if you guys think different, then I will just swing by the warehouse.

Just lookin for some opinions. Thanks!!!

    Jake

I know several people that have ordered from them, and have never had an issue. In fact I am going to place an order there in a few hours, for new tires on my pos.

thx for the piece of mind! If I can't find a better deal on the SS595's mounted and balanced, I might just order there!

they do have phone service, but rarely answer. when you order know you wont get the best customer service, but you will get the tires. I called a million times to get an update on my tires, they answered once. But they came promptly. They definitely are legit.

I ordered the same tires a month back. Shipping took about week to the east coast but that's expected. Would do business with again.

if you are going for stretch don't get 595's if you want a 45 series tire. sidewall is so round it's retarded.

I'm not.. I decided to just get all seasons, because I'm not going to use the "performance" factor of the 595's and don't want to buy winter tires. I was originally going to do it just because they were so cheap, and they are good tires, but then, I decided against it. As it would be a waste.

Glad I saw this thread. I was planning on ordering tires today and found the same ones for $15 cheaper on this site.

My tires are on backorder so I called and it took a while to get through but just keep calling every 5 or so minutes. Right when he got on the phone and I told him what was up, he went and found all my paperwork and called the warehouse and everything.
They're pretty good and fucking cheap.

Their prices are really good, just really hard to get ahold of. I know of people having issues with backorders with them. I actually stopped by their warehouse earlier last week and the guy had to go through 3-4 different tires till he found some that were in stock. If you go, do not take a lowered car without air there. There is a railroad track at the entrance that is awful to get past. Overall seem ok, just wish they would update their website with tires that are out of stock and on backorder. I was going to order 195 45 15 toyo's and luckily I checked with them first, otherwise I would be waiting 6-8 weeks for the tires.
