Q? Krylon metallic paint
^^ I was wondering if anyone has used this on their bolts or anything. I want to do by bolts in gold but not sure how well it would hold up with this paint. If anyone knows or has any suggestions let me know. Thanks

I am not an expert in this area by any means, but I am pretty sure there are gold plated bolts out there you can buy that will look a thousand times better.... -

the thing is once you paint them, yes theyll be gold but then when you torque em on there i feel the paint would strip.

Its not gunna turn out anything like that at all.
Are you really looking for a true 24k like chrome gold finish?
If not a small can of Inca Gold would do you fine. Its a bad ass color gold.
But getting it to stick well while torquing as said might be hard.
Every thing else will need to come from a gun.Not worth it just for bolts.
These guys have good stuff from a can but the kits pricey. Again, not worth it just for bolts.

They have bolts in all sizes. I got my bolts from them in black. Awesome quality.-BMW Master Technician
