Where to find lips/ barrels for BBS Speedline wheels?

The wheels are an older Audi OEM option.
2 piece, 19x8.5, 20 hole
I’d like to convert to a 3 piece.
I’ve seen pics of this done (attached a couple).

Any ideas where to buy lips/ barrels?
