  • time to mount the 17s.. tire sizes needed

okay, i have 95 bmw 318ti as my dd. wife drives it so i cant go moar lower.. she already scrapes up my m3 bumper everytime she leaves/enters the driveway. i have bavauto sport springs on it, so height is static anyway.

i have a set of bmw 5 series type 32.. 17x8 frt +20, 17x9 rear +26. i cant roll the fenders.. at least the fronts. there is bondo in the frt fender and it is right on the frt edge, behind the corner light. the car has fresh paint and i cant afford to get the fenders reshot.

what tires can i use to stuff these in there?

205/40 all around, or 215/40 at the back. Since your "only" on springs, that should be fine, no need to roll the front fenders, its the back on the e36 that is the "problem" since it has a huge lip, just go about rolling them.

If i was doing that car, i would go with coils, and 195/40 and 205/40. And 8mm'ish spacers rear or there about.

205/40 all around or 215/40 like Zic said.

We don't get 195/40s in North America, as nice as that would be.

you can get 195/40's from tuner shop here in NA but be prepared to pay out the ass for them. I think for falken 912's they wanted like 180 a tire which is like $100 more than then the 205/40...lol

imo i would do the 205 front 215 rear

205 front 215 rear, as everyone said, with those offsets you wont have a problem in the front, maybe some slight rubbing in the rear

            AmberLamps..... Get rid of them!
