  • post your 9.5s up front

if anyone has 9.5 wide rims in the front, please post ur fitments. im about to test fit a set of 19x9.5 wheels with 25 offsets all around. i know magic can be done in the rear but im more concerned about turning in the front.

thing is my front coilovers are all the way down, and i have 18x8 35 offset with 225/40/18 and i still have a little bit of gap. i dont wanna cut up or custom mod the coilovers just to get more of a drop. if it was a project or not daily then i would, but i already blew a CV joint so i wanna keep it to spec.

sooo, yeah i believe if i get a lil bit bigger wheel then it will fill up the already slammed space even more enough to tuck a tire. i dont want the rim sitting on fender like C-Lo's car (the black Altima on 20x9.5 MRRs) even though it looks nice on his, i dont wanna go THAT aggressive. please help me out here, and i will also test fit the wheel on my car later today when my friend brings it over and ill post pics. thanks.

btw here is a front shot of my combo now, how it sits all the way down. the rear can come down just a little more.

Just measure your current wheels.. The 19x9.5s would poke about 29mm more. They will be about 9mm closer to the strut and .5 mms bigger in diameter obviously. You should have no trouble at all imo as long as you choose the right tires. Recheck my work before you make a decision though because I rushed that.

that wont tell you anything, you need to compress the suspension to simulate the amount of camber when the car is on the ground. Its gonna tuck in more than that. Put some wood blocks under the wheel and let the car rest on it.

Dont know why, but that sounded funny... Some ***** will jump in and say something like "needs spacers"..... Unless it does?
