Blitz type III R17, relip or not?

Hi, I have these Blitz brw03, 3pc welded, with specs:
17"x8j+45et
17"x9j+35et

The question is - relip them for sale or just refinish? And if relip - which size is preferable?

Sell them as-is. I've never been able to justify re-lipping wheels to sell. I can rarely even justifying refinishing.

Thanks! But here in Russia, re-lipping and refinishing cost a little bit lower then in USA.
For example for that set:
- price "as is" about 1100$ total (shipped and PPd)
- refinished: 1400-1500$ total
relipping for R17 flatlip is about 400-500$/pair

I can make them perfect and relipped one pair for 1900$ total with specs
