Re-plating wheel hardware

I'm refinishing a set of wheels and need to deal with some hardware that's starting to show some rust. Does anyone have a favorite place for re-chroming? Any experiences with bright nickel as an alternative?

Locally most places change around $.80 - 1.00 to plate each bolt. Buying new hardware is within the same range.

Ehh.. yeah, I was afraid prices for chrome would be high. I had a set zinc plated a couple years ago, and that was only $50.
