BBS lip question

I have bbs rs there are all original hardwear im woundering if i can take them apart to polish the lip then put them back using the same bolts?

Yes, ofcourse. The bolts are reusable

well i was not sure because i heard that once you take them apart you have to get new bolts i dont know

if i do, i have to reseal the lip to face right?

No, just bolt them all up and then run two layers of sealant (allowing 24 hrs. in between layers) along the seam between the barrel and the lip. Looked for a picture but I can't find one and am feeling lazy.

That's not always works out. The sealant sometimes doesn't stick properly, and you don't find that out until you mount the tyres.
So i would just try to avoid the hassle of dismounting tyres, taking wheels apart again etc. And would just put the sealant between the lip/face/barrel.
