Identify Those Wheel Locks

Bought a new car, has a couple of these wheel locks on it. Didn't come with a key. Hoping someone can identify them so I can get a key rather than resorting to the usual destructive methods. Personally I've never seen this type before. Any help is greatly appreciated.

it resembles an ordinary triwing screwdriver but then again it doesn't, the fact that it isn't hollow stumps me a bit

they usually put them on household appliances, but never seen one as big as that
