is it possible to re-drill the bbs's that everyone has?

It's possible of course. Things to consider are:
1. Beginning bolt pattern
2. Centerbore size
3. Type of drill (fill and redrill, elongated holes with steel inserts, redrill with keeping existing patter, tuner lug drill, etc)
4. Beginning hole size
5. Final hole size
6. Final bolt pattern
7. Back-pad type (flat, caved)
